1		2-1/2" cinnamon stick
5		Whole cloves
10		Whole allspice
2	c	Orange juice
8	c	Apple cider
3/4	c	Lemon juice
1/4	c	Honey
1 1/2	ts	Butter or margarine

: Tie cinnamon stick, cloves, and allspice in a cheesecloth bag. : Combine spice bag, orange juice, and remaining ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour; remove and discard spice bag. Yield: 2 quarts.
